Bodmin old police station and court house, is a beautiful period stone building, in the centre of Bodmin. It had been used as council offices for the past 20 years.  Carol Design provided some exellent plans to divide the building into 4, 3 bedroom, luxury flats. The project included  fire and sound proofing of each individual flats. New services and permissions were brought to each flat. They were all sold before completion. The project was completed in 12 months, in a difficult to access area and on budget.
