Holsworthy

We were asked by Harpers Feed in Holsworthy to quote for the building of a new office block for their sales team at the Holsworthy mill. Some initial plans were drawn by their architech. We then took on the project, gaining building regs and all planning approvals (with help From Metters and Welby in Bude). It was decided to build the project in SIP structure (structural insulated Panels) these were computer designed and made off site as a kit, reducing on site time, in a very busy industrial and heavily trafficed enviroment.  Project included  full air conditioning and heating, data storage, and alarms,  This project had a very strict time schedule which was drawn up on a day by day basis. Despite adverse weather conditions at the end of 2019 we did not fall behind schedule by more than 2 days and in fact handed the building over 3 days early in March 2020.  Harpers Management were extremely easy to work with.
